Default Disconecting amber parking lights?

I dont really like the amber lights in the headlight housings and I was wondering if I could just take the bulb out and put the empty socket back in the housing without the risk of messing up anything. Thanks.

Read the owner's manual, it even has illustrations showing how to take of all the bulbs.

its a little tough if you have big hands like me...but u basically go all the way to the side of the headlight where the bulb is located and you'll feel this long stick coming out...twist it to the side and it was come right out. you'll then have to move the stick around until its comes out of the tight spot(you'll understand what i mean when u get there lol). You'll find a 921/168 wedge bulb inside and you can replace or leave out! Getting it back into the slot again can be tricky but just be patient! some tips i would suggest; if your changing the bulb make sure the bulb fits snugg back inside or when putting it back in the slot it will fall out into lens(learned hardway took me 2 hours to get out without taking headlight off) if it doesnt fit snug use black tape around the end to secure it

another quick tip is when your removing the passenger side, the anti-freeze container can swivel a little to help your hand fit inside the engine bay to reach the light(just in case you didnt know)

To change stock front parking lights to LEDs is it as simple as just swapping bulbs or do you need any other wiring or resistors ?

Just change the bulb. I have a 6k LED in there. Looks darn near HID-ish!
