Just slap that sucker on the oven rack.
250 degrees for 5-6 minutes does the trick. Just put it back in for a minute or two if you're having trouble opening it up.
I didn't reseal it with silicone and haven't had any problems with fogging yet (it's been a while since I did it). I just put it back together and baked it for a bit to seal it up tight.
I just used gloss black Testor's model paint on mine. Someone else used black satin-finish spray paint. It looked pretty sweet, but you have to mask it off with tape.

You can use a heat gun to heat them up then make sure that when you put them back together that you seal them completely or you will get all the moisture in there.
Heat gun looks similar to a blow dryer but heats up a lot more. You can get them at Home Depot. I have never heard of anyone putting them in the oven that sounds extremely risky...

ok so i did it today, i really messed up the rim area where the headlight housing snaps into the lense, but you cant tell when they are in, looks pretty nice. i just wish someone would make some good headlights with some black housing already. the only ones out are trash from what i hear. no pics sorry. the oven thing did work though sweet!
