p0037 is for the bad sensor heater circuit, so it doesn't have anything to do with the eliminator.
Try cleaning the MAF for p0102

As far as O2 sensor: i don't have wiring diagram for that- some cars use separate relay and fuse for the heater circuit. If that's not the case with tC, then the only thing that can make ECU detect bad heater is the bad O2 sensor or defective wire.
Electronic component cleaner spray form RadioShack, etc., or MAF sensor cleaner from autoparts store.

i get p0102 when it rains, that is because my turbo inlet goes down into the wheel well, and it takes in a little water.

well i can help on the MAF sensor cleaner, you carefully (Without touching it) spray the two dental floss looking wires down with MAF cleaner.. CRC sells a good one. And the amber bulb is the IAT (idle air temp) sensor, clean that as well..

OR you weren't asking that?
