Where is the clutch bolt to lower clutch pedal?

Where is the clutch bolt to lower clutch pedal?
Can anyone please verify if this is the bolt to turn to lower the clutch pedal (Look at the green plastic and above that is the bolt)? This is under the dash, near the turn signal flasher. The clutch pedal sits slighly higher than the brake pedal and I would like them to be aligned evenly or lower. But before I start to twist/turn the bolt I want to be sure that's the one and some makes/models has 2 bolts to turn. Or is it a different bolt?
