View Full Version : Rear hatch space for sub box (tC) udai 03-23-2005, 06:21 PM Sup pplz.. i was just wondering.. what kind of length would i have to work with for a sub box for 2 12w3s (1.25 cuft each sub.. total 2.5cuft) in the back of the tc. The box is going to be a wedge enclosure and will be against the back seat of the car (since 2.5cu ft isnt that small the width will need to be pretty long). Im trying to get the same type of setup.. same wedge .. length width and height that you have there. If you can.. please measure the back end of that (where the back of the box meets the back seat). It's what I've got ;) Giant rectangle in the back....you'd have no room left I think w/ the wedge. I know this all too well. I thought my box barely fit. Turns out it barely DIDN'T fit. There's nice rub marks on the panel now....probably try to find a new one once i'm done w/ my next install :( udai 03-23-2005, 10:39 PM Well i was going to skimp on the height as much as possible and just try to make the box really wide.. ah well.
