Default 08 tC in accident. Can you help determine value now?

Thanks for any info!
So my black sand pearl 2008 tC was in an accident. It has a little under 51k miles automatic tranny and the interior is in pretty good shape I think. Exterior has a couple inor scratches from jerks in parking lots but because it was a front end collision they replaced the entire front. Hood, bumper, both quarter panels and all fresh paint. I think it looks better now because the paint was going on 5 years old but I know the accident will certainly lower the value. Airbags did not deploy collision was at 35 mph.
Kbb.com says its worth $11,115 in fair condition but I'd take the Pepsi challenge and win at least 60% of the 08s as far as mileage and wear goes. BUT I doubt it's got a clean title so I'm asking the experts for your experience....what do you think is a realistic price I can sell this car private party? Thanks so much in advance!

Same thing happened to me this winter, unless it had a salvage title it shouldn't affect the value THAT much.

Thanks for the input....7 I was thinking on the extreme low end. Sell it in a day type of low end. Fair condition considers mechanical problems which mine has none. Call me crazy but a 5 year old car with a newer touch up paint job and some aftermarket body panels sounds a lot better than a scratched up car with mechanical problems

Was the car a total loss and did you have to buy it back from insurance? If not than you should get whatever fair value is, If it's got a reconstructed title/salvage title than the value will be significantly lower.
