10 inch MTX Thunder 8500 subwoofer with Sealed and ported box $125
I have decided to change up my system and no longer need this sub. The subwoofer is a MTX Thunder 8500 (part number T8510-44)
This sub comes with two boxes and you can decide which one you prefer. Comes with a sealed box and one ported box (tuned for 35Hz). Also comes with manual.
Sub hits real hard. I am powering this sub with a Soundstream 600 watt mono amplifier. The box isn't pretty looking (carpet is beginning to fall off box), but does function well and correctly. Sub does have some marking on the front of the sub, but this DOES NOT hinder the sound or capabilities of this sub. Sub is currently wired up at 8 ohms so any amplifier stable at 4, 2 or 1 ohms can run this subwoofer.
This subwoofer is currently online at Amazon for $480. Please email me if you have any questions and or want more pictures. Below are the dimensions of the box and specs on the subwoofer itself. I are located in Auburn, but work in Tacoma and Bellevue so can meet anywhere near these areas.
Local Sale Only - Too big & heavy to ship
Box dimensions (Sealed)
• 15" high
• 15" wide
• 11" deep
Box dimensions (Ported)
• 16" high
• 22" deep
• 19. 5" wide
Specs on the subwoofer:
• 1000 watts peak
• 500 watts RMS
• Dual 4 ohm voice coils
• 3" voice coils
• 83db sensitivity
• Frequency response: 41-150hz
• Carbon Filled Polypropylene w/ Aluminum Deposit woofer
• Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) surround

• 1.45 cubic feet ported
