Default Gas Saving Wheels/Tires

I'm trying to improve my MPG as much as I can and I was wondering if changing out my stock wheels/tires would help? If it does what wheel/tire combination would help me improve my MPG?

Skinny tires so 175s, on a light inexpensive wheel, say Konig feather or daylite, will greatly increase mpgs, maybe about 5mpg in the city and 3-4 highway.

The difference by switching tire sizes would be minimal at best, the real difference would come from the lighter wheel option. We do have some Konig Daylites and Feathers (as mentioned above). The Feathers would be the best option by far as they weigh 4-7lbs less than the Daylites per wheel. Also you can switch to a tire with a better tread design or tread compound that can provide better gas mileage.
