So when my sunroof is completely closed it whistles, mainly when it is colder than 70 degrees. the noise sounds like it coming right above my head when im driving. I tried cleaning all the seals, thinking that maybe there was some dirt or something, but that didnt fix the issue.

disconnect your battery, wait 10 min, reconnect battery, reset windows and sunroof. this has helped some owners before, it seems to re-tighten the drive motor cable tension that moves the sunroof. try that and see if it helps..
