Default my car is making a clunking sound

i wasn't sure where to put this thread, but i put it here because it didn't start untill i got a fidanza flywheel put on. i also got new brakes. i read that the brakes can cause a noise, however even when my brake is slightly on it still makes a clunk.
i made a video so you can see it and hopefully help me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jos12...ature=youtu.be
any help would be appriciated, thanks.
