Default XB lowering springs??

Hello, i am looking to purchase a used SCION XB, it has Eibach lowering springs with it. Not sure exactly what this means? Other than it lowers the car, not sure what this actually does for performance or ride quality?

Most important, however, is that i want to install 18inch rims and a nice set of tires, will these lowering springs kit prevent me from this? (ie rubbing)>

thanks in advance!

the eibachs, depending which ones they are, should give a moderate drop, better overall handling, but a bit harsher of a ride (although, stock spring rates are pretty stiff IMO)

you should be able to fit 18's with properly sized tires, NO PROBLEMS.
