Default tC CARBON FIBER Body Kits....

Alright guys, need some help here...
Besides Kaminari, what other carbon fiber (non-wide body) body kits are out??
My car is flinty, so I definitely do not want to go through the trouble of trying to match the metallic in the paint!
I love the touring style (again 4pc only - NO fender flares), but I don't think anyone makes 'em (or wants to, anyway).
HELP!!!

Hey girl, I just checked with the company that does the 4-pc touring kit, they are not going to do it in Carbon, they are 100% sure. I also got info from a couple other people, and no one is doing anything in carbon in the foreseeable future. If anyone sees this post and knows different, let me know. Gotta go 8-pc for now, otherwise urethane or FRP. Maybe do a different 4-pc kit and run a second color for the paint, just an idea. Maybe later someone will decide to do another kit in carbon, but sho knows when that will be.

The only carbon kit I know of is by Import Trenz by it is a wide body kit. Carbon is expensive to make.

See the example below:

Hey Wes I know you are running spacers with your wheels, have you had any problems at all? A lot of people tell me not to run spacers, just to get a low offset, like 0 offset even. I've also heard that running a wide wheel in the rear can mess up the bearings and / axles, again, have you guys ran into any trouble, or do you just use the wheels for pics and at shows? Let me know cause I am almost ready to order my wheels and I'm trying to get as much info as I can first. Thanks.

are you kidding me?

that's hideous. it destroys the lines of the car and front end looks like any friggin body kit you've ever seen for any car ever.

i could only see use of this for a SEMA car

I have not had any problems. We run spacers on our Celica race car also without any issues. This car is my daily driver. As for the bearings and axles I am sure it does shorten the life of them but from what I have seen from our Celica race car I would think it would not be that much. We have been running the same front and rear bearings and axles on the car for 3 seasons with no issues. I would think there would be alot more abuse on that car then mine with the wide tires and since the Celica is the same or close to the same as ours I am not going to worry about it.

Unfortunately, that won't help here. If it were up to me I'd make it for you, but it's not up to. They said it would be ENTIRELY too expensive to make, and way too much work for anyone to attempt to do at this point. But the car is still considered new enough that we are only starting to see the products that are being made for it. By this time next year who knows what else will be out. Could be a carbon 4-pc kit!
