So I am getting ready to start an install really similar to the the one Marc's xb did here

I have been checking checking out line output converter, and being pretty much a stereo noob I was looking for a little feedback or insught on the wiring to teh amp and speakers.

First, does something like this FOUR CHANNEL OEM TO AFTERMARKET STEREO ADAPTER be what I need?

Second, just want to make sure I have the basic wiring concept... HU to converter;converter to amp; amp back out to speakers?
