Did you swap out your factory bulbs for some aftermarket bulbs?

It's happended to one of my fog lights on the box! It hasn't done it again since they fixed it.

If your tC headlights are anything like those on my xA (I assume they probably are) there is a rubber "boot" that is over the rear plug assembly. You need to MAKE SURE you get that re-seated correctly when you replace bulbs. That's your weather protection.

The tc does not have a boot like you are describing. It just seals via a rubber oring on the bulb itself. If the bulb was not seated correctly it could cause moisture to seep in. I changed my bulbs in the rain and a little water got inside but it evaporated and hasnt come back since.

Hatch and sunroof rattles are common with tC's, Jason. There has been a service bulletin for sometime now. Just get them fixed when you return to the dealer and be sure you take them in the car to hear the rattles. I wonder if the pull is bad brake bias or something. I don't have that in any of my cars.
