I'm new here (hi!), but I'be been reading so many of your experiences with the tC and scions in general. This is a great place to learn all the ins and outs of my new car. I'm really benefitting from everyone's advice around here -- such a lively place.

I ordered my tC a week ago, and it still has about two more weeks to get here. Waiting for it is so hard! I keep seeing threads like this one and get so envious. Did you guys get a car from the dealership, or did you have to order it?

One of the best parts about this car is that almost NOBODY will have this car in the same color as me, let alone with the same trim/options.

 

Nice accessory selection, but damn you for getting that Tom Petty song stuck in my head!

 

it was real tough waiting for mine. i had to order mine and it took a little longer because its a fm and has the side air bags. i was driving a 1989 nissan sentra on its very last legs and that made it especially hard.

 

I'm still driving my first car I got handed down to me when I was 16 (a '90 Lumina). It's about to die too.

I think it might take an extra couple of days for the full tint to be installed, too. But I'm not thinking about that!
