My XB has about 800 miles on it and the other day I noticed this rotten egg smell from the exhaust. WTF???? I have heard it smells like that after you have hit the throttle hard. Why does it smell like that??

Bad air/fuel mixture or it was the ELEMENT you were following!!!! :lol:

The rotton-egg smell is caused by the sulpher content of the fuel you are using oxidizing in the catalytic converter and is normal. Try another brand of gas if this bothers you.~~~~scott

Hey Scott, thanks. I just found out my wife filled up at a ghetto mart. I just filled up at the Shell and the smell is gone. Thats must have been the problem.
