how is the Rav4 2.4 tuned differently over the tC 2.4?

how is the Rav4 2.4 tuned differently over the tC 2.4?

I've been looking at specs and noticed the Rav4 engine is 161/165 what did toyota do to get that from the same engine?

Could be differences in the intake manifold, intake, header, exhaust or ECU tuning. The block and head should be identical.

my guess would be intake and exhaust manifold
