Thats right ,some how I blew or sucked a hole in my CAI. I get a new one tomorrow so when I take the old one out I'll post pictures. The hole was noticed by a toyota tech. It's just after the filter. I do have 39,000 on it.

Being just after the filter... are you sure something didn't hit it since the filter rides so low?

 

Its on the upper section and not the lower ground section, it's nuts.
