Default So whats going to happen w/SC and a Emange kit?

ya know this just dawned on me. with a re-mapped computer and a emanage pnp kit from zpi what could happen. this makes me really think about this warranty item as their harness can be removed and your stock.

thoughts??

The TRD S/C already comes with a reflash for the ECU so you'll probably get minimal gains by just adding the Emanage.

i disagree as i think the re-flash robs power for safe warranty hp. anyone agree? SC with re-flash only 17 ft pounds of torque? sounds like a de-tune.

Maybe. Maybe it's a complete ignition timing remap to ensure you don't have four holed pistons from running 87 by accident. It's hard to say for sure what they did, but I'd bet it has more to do with ignition timing than anything. Just a hunch. No one will know until someone does a side-by-side test. It would be really interesting to go to the track with a stock tC ECM and a reflashed one and run them both on the same track, same day.

^^^ That's true. Can't really say anything until it comes out. Scott you make a good point. I didn't think about them detuning it for safe use, but again like lo_bux said we don't really know anthing yet.
