On my old miata, I had this shift knob that was my absolute favorite part of the car...

It was made by Sola Luna, and it was a weighted aluminum ball, powdercoated crinkle black...

It felt soooooo good...

Is there a shift knob for the xB that has transformed the car for you guys?

I have a Greddy counterweight knob in both of my cars. I also have a Blitz knob for the xB, but it doesn't have enough weight to it. No craptastic WeaponR or APC here... :D

The stock shift knob works pretty well, IMO.

I want a leather weighted knob. Don't know of any though.

I like my genuine pool ball "8" ball. I know what you mean about the 'feel' - shifting is way better w/ the 8 ball than it was w/ the stock.

Search on Ebay. Not found of the rounds ones... the other style is better.

Big fan of my OBX Fatboy shifter in blue metallic with carbon fiber wrap. Going to match my blue full interior redo when its done... ...man painting takes forever.

yep - the obx is a nice knob - small and it give shiftin a different feel - the stocker aint bad for comfort if you don't car about looks

but arent looks what are boxes are all about?
