So as much as I love my tC, I love the xB... I need a little input from people whove traded their tC's for xB's... pros and cons. Im rollin on the 30,000 mark in mileage, so I think Ive earned a possible change & it would prob be an even exchange

I love my new XB, ____ I traded a 14 sec X runner for this and it's everything I wanted. I say do what ever best fits you. Good luck on what ever you do

 

I almost traded in the Xb for a tC but then I thought about it, only benfit of tC is speed, xb got everything else!

 

I traded my Eclipse GS-T for my x b and I'm loving every minute of it....especially the gas milage and room.

um to me, and not knocking tC owners cause they are killer cars...but to me they are just another car on the road...the xB is totally different.

plus i got sick of cars, i wanted more room, and the xB delivers with good gas mpg with a nice ride...nice style...and a whole mess of other things i love

 

I agreee. The xB is just that unique. And once again, I don't want to hate a tC since its soooo sexy... the tC all of a sudden became the new civic.... but there is that civic si out there which is nice....

Now... some tC owners are getting rid of their tC for a new si!! heheeh

I am in the process of this right now, I have an 05 BSP with 29k Miles I got $15,500 for it at my local Scion dealer and my 06 CAMO XB will be here November 17th I am so excited. I have given a lot of thought about the idea and I am glad im going threw with it.

Pros:
More Space
Unique
Affordable
Better Gas Mileage
Cheaper Insurance
Cheaper to Mod if Desired

Cons:
Slower
Not as Stylish
Thats all I can think of.

I have an XB... I would not exchange it for a TC. But I do like how the TC looks as well. Do what best suits you.

 

Wow! 15,500 is a great deal! with almost 30K on the ODO... I really want the xB but, believe it or not, the only thing thats stopping me is the steering wheel. I want something bulkier... or racier to steer with, haah, I might wait for one more model year... but Im still soo pulled in two directions...argh!

 

ok I'm an xB owner, and I say do it.. I love my car.... I'm not against tC's in fact my wife should be getting her tC at the end of next month..... The xB has such great room and is very affordable to drive... Sure its a little slower.. but really it does just fine at highway speeds......

EXACTLY! tC to me is just like another two door sports coupe/hatchback on the road, I wanted something different and xB just totally stands out

 

someone mentioned steering wheels, you can get a custom steering wheel for the xB and solve that easy

Everyone who asks how i like my xB my reply is always the same. Love, plain as that. My mom called today to ask me something, asked how I like it...I said I love it.

My dream car has always been either any type of BMW or a Subaru WRX. Well I could have gotten either of them this time around, I chose the xB.

 

I made the trade, mainly I was impressed with the tC and its features for the money, its one of the quickest cars for the price, but now that the civic SI is coming out, its basically if your in the game to go fast you either need 200hp stock, or forced inductions..I said screw the speed, I'll just go for something different.
