Default Best clutch and flywheel combo?

I am in the market for a new clutch and flywheel. I drive in traffic all day and ws wondering if anyone else had an after market clutch and flywheel. SHould I go Lightened fly wheel and stage 1 clutch or TRD?

What is the best flywheel?
What is the best clutch?

Keep in mind that I do drive in stop and go traffic for 3 hours day.

Just so you know, the TRD cluth is actually OEM w/ new springs.

I'd want at least a stage 3 or 4 clutch. Just personal preference.

i dont think the xb is gonna need a stage 3 or 4 clutch or atleast for a daily driver. My legs would be dead after driving in traffic. I just choose the trd clutch cause it was cheap...$250! Just had to get a new clutch cause the oem clutch can not handle the supercharger. clutch slips soo much. My friend has the trd clutch on his supercharged xA and it works really well. Cant wait to get mine installed.

i will be installing a spec stage 3 / fidanza combo by the end of january, i'll let you all know how the install went, and after i break in the clutch, i'll give some feedback. i originally ordered a stage1 but rec'd a stage3 for some reason.. cheaper than the TRD clutch by FAR!

dominic, the fidanza flywheel is the first flywheel ive used that has no issues. (i've used aem, gripforce, and act) balancing is crucial to your crank bearings and fidanza's come balanced. you will hear it at rev-down if it isnt balanced, it will make a squeaky sort of sound. it's worth the money. as far as a clutch, use whatever you choose. I can vouge for gripforce and clutch specialty which are both in california and relatively cheap. if you are keeping your 19's go with a stage 2. stage 1 would barely handle 17's as it is... if you dont, the disc will burn out in no time. stage 3 is getting rediculous and unless you plan to track only your box, i wouldnt do it. it's no fun in traffic. stage 2 feels slightly stiffer than stock but grabs like a ****. it's driveable. good luck
