how good is the trd intake sold on scionpartspeople.com? performance? sound? sound w/ trd exhaust?

so how much is the price on this CAI. i want it and would pay a lil extra for the TRD name, but i called the dealer and they qouted it at 600 dollars. I hope the guy didnt know wtf he was talking about kuz if its true, that thing better pleasure me in every way possible when ever i want!!

how much is it on the scion website?? and can i find it else where???

It's overpriced by an INSANE amount and isn't carb approved and doesn't come warranty proof....

In short... you'll be way more impressed with Injen or Fujita's intakes.

i know it isnt carb approved, but niether is injen (which was my choice before i saw the TRD), but since this overpriced saga continues, the injen sounds more exciting every time.

on ebay their is a "trusted" toyota retailer that has like 3500+ positive feedbacks selling the trd intake... has anyone bought it yet? it looks to be the real deal, not just some punk with 5 feedbacks putting trd logos on other intakes. needless to say, very interested...

I got one from ebay that is a copy of the ingen and then instealled the AEM filter and I couldnt be more happy.
