Interior Vinyl work.

I am trying to install some vinyl on the center console (like on the radio door) and it's kinda hard work.

First off, Tips would be helpful on how to design, cut and apply these pieces.

Second, anyone eager to get into designing pieces with me and make a kit out of it? I'd like to get together with someone local to do this.

I should be able to have a prototype made up this week if anyone wishes to see it first.

This would of course be a safe and easy alternative than painting your console, which is permanent. And may also differ strongly from the current overlay kits out there.

Thanks for the tip. I did shoot an email over to him and included an image that I edited with GIMP to show how I'd like it to look.
Obviously its just a simple render, and the green vinyl I would have travel all the way until the silver part stops by the cup holders.

Yeah, thats a pretty kool idea...i was thinking about outlining all the controls with some vinyl strips too but i'm still unsure.
