I know the tc is going to have tilt but does anyone know if it is going to have a telescoping steering wheel???

when they let us see the car at the LA auto show it didn't have telescoping steering only tilt.

but then you have a ford engine.

plus, 95% of the time only 1 person drives a car. there is not really much need for a telescoping wheel.

Yeah i was just hoping it did. Hopefully it's not like the corolla. Im 6' and I don't like reaching for the steering wheel. Maybe we can swap the solara telescoping steering column and wheel. nah j/k. way too much work. I just hope its not like the corolla.

Well I am 6'6" and I have to tell you, after sitting in a Mazda3 the telescoping wheel felt wonderful! Generally smaller cars are a hit or miss with me in comfort. The wheel on the Mazda3 let me get everything feeling perfect.

I really like the TC, but I holding off getting too excited till I can sit in one and find out how comfortable it is. For people who are either really tall (like more) or really short something like a telescoping wheel can be a huge plus so he has every right to be disappointed one is not included on the tC.
