question about injen intake and carb?

what does it mean when it says product no CARB approval? here's the website

it means if ur state is strict with products that cause smog or pollution, they wont allow it in ur state, so basically that product shouldnt be used in those strict states.

CARB is really a California only deal. If its not CARB approved, its not smog legal in California.
