Default Veilside xB body kit

I saw an bB body kit from vielside, does anyone know if there is a very big difference between the xB body kit and the bB?

i THINK the big difference is mounting points... xB has different saftey requirements than the bB... so there may be a few mounting points are different or tabs on the bB version that may have to be removed/altered to fit on xB frame

i could be wrong tho... but i think thats what i've read in other posts

The bB is not as wide as the xB so the front and back would have to be cut and extended. Then you have the indention for the license plate in the bumpers of the bB body kits. That and what kkawana said or the main differences that I know of.

aren't kits like kenstyle and fabulous japanese? from what i've read they don't require any real modification to fit.

They are, but they are made for the xB, not the bB.

actually if i remember correctly the second gen bb has the same dimensions as the xb. that's why if your looking for a kit from japan that will fit you wanna look for the second gen bb where the liscense plate is in the hatch and not in the bumper. the veilside kit is made for the first gen bb and that is why you need to cut and extend it. also figure out what to do about the liscense plate either reocate it to the bumper or fill it in.
