the throttle body has a coolant line running into and out of it which heats up the throttle body. the delete is as simple as disconnecting these two lines, getting a peice of metal tubing about a 1/4" in diameter and an inch long, and using it to connect the two lines together. this will keep your throttle body cooler and less heat will transfer to the intake charge. there was a slight improvement, especially after the motor had been running fo awhile. but with this motor in NA form, any little thing helps. ... at the same time i did this mod i also removed the screen on the gasket between the TB and the intake manifold. so the air could move that much easier. it was a night and day difference, but with theses two mods it was slightly noticable, like i said though, everything helps when ur NA.

 

This mod has been done on every car out there.

And there's not much-if any horsepower improvement.
