Hey, I used this quick detailing wax on my 06 Scion after I washed it myself. It was one of the Wax-then-dry type of liquids. Anyways, this quick detail won't hurt the paint, will it? I don't plan on using this often, so what are some better waxes to use or am I not doing much harm with this detail spray that I just used? It does a good job on my truck by the way, but Im sure it varies with different vehicles.

 

What kind of quik detail is it? But No it shouldn't. I use the meguiars quik detail in between washes. Such as if I get bird shi* on my car, I use it to remove it etc. I don't believe it'll damage it.

 

It's that Quick detail made by Eagle One, it's in a blue bottle. I got it for about $4 at Autozone. Yeah, I dont believe it will damage the paint much. I am just worried that it being a new car and all, that I shouldnt really use the cheap stuff for my car. Do you use Meguiars wax as well? I was looking at that Meguiars' Gold..........so many Meguiars waxes out there, I dont know which is the best. Id like to get the best for my 99 black Chevy S10 as well. I love shiny, smooth black vehicles. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

 

I switched from the gold wax to the NXT one. I like it better.. Meguire's kicks a$$. i use nothing but Megs.
