Default HELP-Wierd gas problems on my xA

Well for some reason i have tried this but dont ask me why i guess it was just like something out of my will that told me ok joe do that.

Stoped on the stop light put in the first gear and drive up my odometor reading was 5-12-15mph,and my rpm went to about 3rpm after that i notice my car did not do not 2mph and the rpm just keept on going 4-5rpm i am still driving by 17mph i was like wtf where is all my hp?....Personaly i dont think that is normal, tell me if its ok ill live with it because i usualy put in second gear by 2.5 to 3rpm by 10-15mph.

so you are saying your rpms kept raising but your mph didn't, and there was a loss of power? If this is correct it seems that you might be having some clutch slipping problems. which means rpms go up and the mph don't. give me more info.

Yes you are right, everything is ok untill 3 maybe 3.2rpm then if i press slowly gas "clutch is off" and nothing happens the car moves like it was before but rpm's go up i tried up to 6rpms and thats a lot .......

also pplz say my clutch is kinda hard too , i almost am done with lifting the clutch when my gas hit's in....... i mean i realy have been driving clutch for 4 years now on different cars so as mine for 2 and never realy had problems until i didn't buy my scion and after 6 months or so.......

i took my scion this year to check on my clutch they say its ok ? personaly i realy dont mind since i got use to it but why should i pay for same car but less performance wise and also my clutch is hard .......

to notice if the stoplight is longer then 2-3 minutes my feet start to get pain from the clutch how that thing is pushing back.......

any suggestions ever happen to some of xa's xb's?

sounds like your clutch is slipping, might be time for a new one, and if you are not having the dealer do it get an aftermarket upgrade because the stock clutch and the trd clutch is a peice of $hit. I had the TRD Clutch and I was able to make it slip numerous times. Then After I got about 6k miles on it it just started slipping a lot so I ditched it and went to one of my clutch guys and got a stage 3 XTD. No problems I can dump an chirp 3rd and has never slipped a once, but it is not a harsh stage 3 only like 1300lb pressure plate so it feels close to stock but will grab harder.

uuh.. put it in neutral? sounds like you may need some practice on this. especially when you're going uphill and making a complete stop. learn how to de-clutch and engine brake. that'll save you from burning your clutch and your brakes.

wait am i getting some instructions here or i get negative additudes i have good driving skills , nobody so far complain except that i am speedy uphill decluch and use my brake? i live in iowa there is NO Hills FLAT all FLAT

Guys after all this was all example i do declutch but there is no reason to declutch for 3-5 seconds of stop and yes if car is moving faster afront of me i do go to 2nd gear and bla bla bla my point is again if i am right at stop 0mph, put in first gear drive normaly to 10-15mph rpm hits 3rpm after that car just dies doesent move but rpms are jumping higher. I showed to 6 of my friends that drive stick all of them said duno thats not good ....it might be that way with scion.
