The Consumer Affairs Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of assistance to consumers and dealers on a continual basis on warranty and non-warranty issues, complaint resolution, product recommendation and technical information in order to facilitate continued overall customer satisfaction and care processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented and outstanding follow-through
•Excellent verbal and written skills, excellent interpersonal skills, team player
•Strong PC skills (Word, Excel & Access)
•3 years Customer Service experience required, auto-enthusiast a plus.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree desirable
