i've ran a search and I read about how factory is not worth going for. Personally, I dont mind about the price only if a newer, brighter tube can be installed by plug/play in the future. I am a complete noob at cathode/LED tubes and lighting. please dont flame me...

nothing is really plug and play.. not even the factory one.

 

Check out Randode.com, he has a cool cathode kit that is brighter then the stock one. He is also working on a new LED system that I am going to put in mine next weekend. I was going to have him do the cool cathode the other week, but decided to wait for his new one. I'll post some pics next week when it is in.
