Default Just got my mats.. quick question.

The dealer didnt have the mats in stock when I got my car, so they sent them UPS, and I got them today, I am supposed to get 5 total correct? 4 floor mats and 1 cargo mat? I only got the 4 floor mats.

Actually I figured out my own answer... scion.com SPECIFICALLY says Floor Mats/Cargo Mat for $145, so I am owed a cargo mat. The cargo net is diff as if the cargo liner.

Their not some fantastic amazing mats but their not bad, they are cloth and the cloth is removable to make them rubber for winter and stuff, and the driver mat clips down so it wont shift around.

I was unaware that these came apart like that!

That is soooooo cool. Now I can replace it when my heel wears through the carpet!

OR, get some custom carpet inserts made wit hracing stripes!

Ya know, the shape is damn close. Those just might fit the xB too...
I'm gonna have to try it out next week...

The best part is there is a rubber lining the carpet goes under... so in the winter when I have snow on my shoes it will sit inside the mat due to the rubber lining all the way around.

The fact that you can pull the carpet out is awesome.

Cargo Mat is on its way, I think theyve been messing up a bit just due to it being so new and not being sure on these things. Either way theyll ship the mat to me no charge so thats fine. When I went to take the car home they forgot the radio too hehe.

quick stupid question

There's nothing the dealer does when "installing" the floormats/cargomat right? I can just order em from partznet and save $30 and throw those suckers in there myself right....

Thanks

I would strongly urge you to let a certified toyota tech install the mats. Dont want to void your warrenty now do you?

Didn't think that they were worth the money, and glad that I got my own (silver dragons with black background), but they look like those two go nicely with the interior. I was hoping for more of the logo (like on the steering wheel, but with a black background), but NICE mats nonetheless!!!
