Mr_scion 11-28-2003, 08:31 PM i think there is one for the echo should work for the scion Wraith 12-14-2003, 07:17 AM i think there is one for the echo should work for the scion I know EL Prototypes has one on the shelf... 12-14-2003, 07:43 AM is it compatible though? Will it work with our ECU and not cause a check engine light to come on? Wraith 12-14-2003, 07:48 AM is it compatible though? Will it work with our ECU and not cause a check engine light to come on? the echo throttle body and the xb/xa have the same engine and electronics... It will not do a check engine light... The only time my echo threw a check engine light is when I pull too much fuel with my s-afc ... I'm a cheap bastard when it comes to my echos gas mileage. I'm getting between 450 to 550miles to a tank with my echo... bBted 12-14-2003, 09:11 AM I'm getting between 450 to 550miles to a tank with my echo... thats a lot...u using safc? 12-14-2003, 01:47 PM Now what about smog? Wil it pass smog, because when I install something I am just to dam lazy to take it off. :D Blu_Box 12-14-2003, 02:08 PM Shouldn't cost to much to bore out the stock throttle body and replace the valve. That may be the best way to go. What do you all think? Blu 12-14-2003, 02:17 PM mmm...interesting proposal. But I would need to find a machine shop that has done it before. I don't want to be a quinea pig, but then again how much could you really bore out of our throttle bodies. They are pretty small as it is already. :? Very confusing its_ikon 12-14-2003, 03:30 PM a throttle body should not cause a check engine light. i had my TB done at E.L. and it came out very nice. Wraith 12-15-2003, 01:52 AM I'm getting between 450 to 550miles to a tank with my echo... thats a lot...u using safc? yes I have a Apexi S-AFC and I aslo have more aggressive injectors but they're still the same flow rate which is 200cc ... The spray pattern on the injectors are alot more aggressive than the stock ones... 12-15-2003, 05:50 AM does anyone have the price or the website. I might want to check that out! :D Wraith 12-15-2003, 08:17 AM does anyone have the price or the website.
