last night i was at a party in tempe, when i walked out to my car i noticed that the hood and bumper were all kicked in. :tap: when i got up closer i could see a shoe print of a timberland on my car. well needless to say there was a kid standing right there wearing timberlands. when i noticed that, the kid ran inside to get his friends and all of the sudden they had to leave. so the kid with the timberlands on left and the other 2 were still there, one of which was getting quite mouthy with me. so, i got sick of it and jawed him a few times :lalala:. he hit me once like a little girl, then his friends came back with a gun, pulled the slide back and started pointing it at our heads. im too busy trying to keep an eye on where all these kids are so i dont get blind sided when sure enough, i feel the butt of a pistol hit me in the head. thats right these little panzis pistol whipped me. still nothin, standing my ground. and i had said its over before the kids friends even got back. so the one kid even had the nerve to say " oh you were all tough before when it was just me and u, now ur b*tchin out when my boys are here??" lol. but yeah im goin to talk to the police today about the whole thing. any ideas on what to say and or do?? thanks. btw ill post pics asap. i dont have my camera right now.

these kids were just busters. i knew they werent goin to shoot, but theres always that "what if" or accidental shootings which was the scary part. but my adreniline was running so fast i couldve cared less about the gun.

also, i wanna get rid of my wheels, thats one of the things everyone knows my car by. that and my last name on my licence plate lol. they are 19" motegi ff7s, black with a polished lip. if anyone wants to buy em or trade let me know

I've been in a lot of fights over the years. It seems that whenever some drunk at a party finds out I'm heavy into taekwon-do they always want to test their skill or try and show off for the ladies. Just remember, no matter how tough you are, you can't beat a bullet. I'm just glad you are ok, the car can be repaired. I've been shot before and it hurts like hell.

If you have ANY injuries from the fight make sure you document them all and take pictures. Going to urgent care will help document stuff for the police report as you will now have a doctor that can attest to your injuries.

So does anyone know who these guys are?

My car got ____ed with up at Trax over in Tempe a few weeks back, they dented the passenger side door, busted my window, and jacked my cd's. They hit like 8-10 cars along the strip where we parked right in front of those brand new condos. ____ing bunch of savages in this town, I swear...

____ like this is why I don't really go to parties in Tempe, ignorant spoiled little college _____es who act a fool. Prosecute those kids to the fullest extent of the law. File a police report, give them as much info as possible, have an officer come to you and personally check out the damages to your vehicle.

ya im in a toss up right now, i dont have the money to drop on a lawyer and all that crap and i dont wanna have to go through all the court and what not, all i really want is the car fixed i could care less about the other stuff, i can take care of that with my own army, lol. id rather he just paid my deductable ad id just put it on my insurance so i can get this all done and over with but at the same time i would like to lock this kid up and have him pay the entire thing. its probably gunna cost $3000-4000 for the damage, plus medical bills cause im gunna go to urgent care and make sure i didnt get a concusion. ugh i dont wanna deal with this.

i didnt know the kids, i met them one other time at a party, they are my girlfriends best friends boyfriends roommates friends if that made any sense. i have never done anything to these kids, i even let these kids follow me to the party! it was a house party. i just found out thier ages. 17,18,19 lol. i thought they were all 18and 19 but it turns out the kid that i was fighting that said he was going to kill me is a minor. the one that pistol whipped me is 18 and the other kid is 19.

i gotta go talk to the police now but ill keep u guys updated.

Right after I got my tC, like literally a week. I drove it to my highschool and when I came out that afternoon someone keyed "___got" on both sides of my car, alllllll the way down the side. So I'm sitting there looking in amazement when this dumb redneck comes up behind me and punches me, says I need to keep my ___ ___ away from his sister....Unfortunately for both me and him, A. I'm not ___, and B. This was two weeks before prom, which i was going to with my girlfriend....which wasnt his sister lol. Anyways, I pressed charges, Harassment and Assault, which went through, so he spent some time in jail cause he had a knife on him and a gun in his car. And he had to pay for the paint job. so it can be done withouth insurance..

That SUCKS! You don't need a lawyer, the state will prosecute so don't worry about that...Make sure you file a police report, take pictures of the damage to your car and yourself, any witness statements, doctor/hospital receipts, etc...Glad that nothing happened further then what transpired...It doesn't take much for someone to pull a trigger so count your blessings that you walked away from this ordeal...Good luck and make sure you say you WANT to prosecute all of them, who cares of their ages!!!!!!

The juvenile's parents will have to pay for his portion and the adults are responsible for theirs...During the court case, they will put you in touch with a Victims Rights Advocate that will assist you in any questions that you may have...

Turn the damage into your insurance company along with the police report. I've been through this before and getting restitution will take a long time. Usually the courts let them make payments. If you turn it into your insurance company then they will go to court as well and part of the restitution will be awarded to them for paying to get your car fixed.

If you are planning out getting the money from these guys and not involving your insurance company be prepared to wait a long time.

I had an incident similar to this once except I wasn't at a party i was on my way to work I pulled into a store and some kid smacked the side of my previous car with his door intentionally I got out of my car to go into the store when i got nailed in the back of the head which put me on the ground where I was almost run over by the car he was leaving in. Long story short. a car is a machine things can be replaced you can't I feel like an old man saying this but tis the case. In your case you added fuel to the fire the police should have been notified when you found the damage. Hope it all works out for you. BTW the guy who hit me spent 2 years in a state prison.

thanks for the info yelosub and rbasil. ill keep everyone posted with whats goin on. im gunna let the police and courts take care of this. if they dont, which ive heard of happening in situations like this, then ill handle it. but id much rather not resort to that. i dont like fighting or guns in the wrong hands. i havent been in a fight in a while, and now my back and neck are killin me from how tense i was and all the stress.

also, has anyone here had thier hood replaced on a tc? if so how much did it cost for the hood, paint, labor ect.? ive heard its between 950 and $1000, does that sound right? i know the part itself is only like 2-300 but then paint and all that other nonsense. im hoping so cause if so im just gunna get the kaminari reverse cowl in cf.

same thing happened to me dude

we got jumped and they pulled a gun on us. They took off after taking a baseball bat to my car. We got plates and everything but I had to pay out of pocket for all the damages. Found out a few weeks later this guy got arrested for murder/hit and run in cali so I guess we got off pretty easy.

Anyway good luck with everything man. Sorry to hear about the car.

Let the justice system fight for you to show stupid people that there are consequences for their actions and they will be held accountable. I hate seeing the traffic cop on the side of the road whose sole purpose seems to be generating revenue for the government, but the legal system is here for a reason; use it for what it is designed for, aprehension and prosecution of persons exhibiting dangerous and illegal behavior. if the cop gets shot at, he can legally shoot back, you cant.

not sure about the laws in MD, but here in PA you can shoot back legally if they shoot at you first, or threaten your life or you catch them breaking into your house or stealing your car

i was in a similar situation without the gun though. i was at a party with 6 other people when my loud mouth cousin startes talking ishh to some other guy who was with 10 people. so a big free for all started in which about 10 more people from the opposing side came in. at this point it was 7 against 20 and they had 2 bats. so we got all jumped i got hit by 6 at once no bat though but 2 of my cousins were hospitolized with bat wounds then to top it off they went to my house at 5 AM broke my windows slashed my tires and dented my quarter panels and hood and did the same to my fathers truck over $10000 in damages. so i reccomond going through isurance because we paid a $500 deductable and they paid the rest and web oth got brand new tires :D lol but i was going to press charges but ended up not doing so but the problem is still there when ever i see them again. oh and our monthly insurance did not rise we have allstate btw

yea, that can actually be added as another charge by itself, aggrivated assault. the big thing is when you get to court, do NOT let them or their attourney say you started it. if that happens, i guarentee some of the charges will get dropped.
