My dealership is finally caving and replacing my bumper shroad that mysteriously fell off. Scion contacted the GM for me and told him my families purchase history(4 toyotas in 2.5 years, 3 of which came from this dealership) and the problem, recieved a call less than an hour later from the service manager asking what color my car was.

Yay me!

That's awesome! Congratulations...but wtf, now owners who have had recent toyotas have clout?

I got mine replaced parts & paint with no questions asked. I guess we just have a better service department in the DFW area.

Isn't that the goal of Scion - to make Toyota customers?

Congrats. Good job hanging in there and being a pain to get them to do what was right. :)

What happened to yours? If something similar share please, I was told this is a one time thing and if it happens again to me that I shouldnt even bother making a complaint because they won't give in. It'd be nice to have other such instances known so they don't think it's just me.
