I'm looking at a 17x8.5 et30 with a 215/40r17 all the way around. Possibly with One Ton Garage spacersin the rear. I want it to come as close to flush as possible without sticking out past the fender. Does anyone have any info on this size/ofset? Pics would be great but really I'm just looking for info on fitment.

I think your either going to rub or stick out of the fender! The normal offset for your vehicle is 40mm's, by going to a 30mm offset you will be moving the wheel closer to the fender by 10mm or .4". In addition, you are looking at a wheel that is 1" wider than is normally recommended. That will move you another 1/2" towards the fender. Adding spacers will move you even further out. If you add up the change in the offset (.4"), plus the extra wheel width (.5" or more depending on your original wheel width) and the width of the spacer you are planning to use, you should be able to calculate exactly where the outside edge of your tire is going to be. Finally, your selection in tire size - 215/40r17 should work out fine.
