I think if they aren't OEM for your vehicle, they are technically all illegal, but I don't remember if that was 100% true.

Pretty much illegal unless it is OEM. Look at the sites that you can buy them from. They all have a disclaimer that they are intended for off road use only. In the end, a lot of people use them, but officially they are illegal.

thats true all aftermarket hid's are illegal but i know alot of people that run them and dont have any problems with them just depends on the state and cop on how strict they are
