Default Removing License Plate bulbs

Ok i looked at the manual and it looks pretty straight forward and easy. you remove the plastic covering from behind and twist the bulbs counter clock wise. yet i can't seem to do it. a few of my friends also tried twisting haha, it was kind of funny watchin them struggle. But yah, can any give tips. i dont want to break them. Ok thanks

Oh yeah i successfully changed the interior bulbs, but for the rear interior i just used the 5 watt double edge since i had 2 of them. i'll post pics later tonight

Just pull them, dont twist? The front interior lights just pull out, but the bulb base has rotate arrows on them. And if yuo turn them the bulb base pops out, not what you want.

same here. i can't seem to take it off. i could take it off, but that would require breaking something, and i rather not break anything. :D i read the manual as well, the picture in the manual looks like its a counterclock twisting motion. but that doesn't seem to work. :? i have tried, pulling and twistin, pushing and twisting, and many other things. any other alternatives? i am changing it to superwhite bulbs to match the rest of the car.

I agree that the rear lic plate bulb connector is sort of hard to twist off, but with a little (harder presure turn, of course counterclockwise. the connector will come out.)
I have already changed my lic. bulbs to orange (amber) to match my orange box. happy turning.

well, i tried taking it off again and succeeded :D i decided to unplug the socket. and use a pair of pliers to twist it. it was much easier with pliers. after you get if off the first time, it will be much easier to remove the second time without the use of pliers. and you do twist it in the counterclockwise direction. i hope this helps
