06 bumper on a 04-05 and vice versa

Would an 06 bumper be a direct replacement on an 04-05 xa or are there problems with fitment?

i dont think there would be, but the rs will have fitment issues.

Just checked with Toyota and they informed me I will have to change the grill as well.
