Default Looking For Answers About New Rims and Tires

I have my rims picked out (18" Black Axis Reverb).

Rim Questions:

1. Do I get 7.5 or 8.5? I'll be dragging with these but don't want them to stick out like a sore thumb.
2. Do the blue hallowed inserts come with them?

Tires:

1. What tire size? I see 225/40/18 is recommended on the wheel sites but I don't want them to look stupid thin or thick.
2. Is it worth buying the tires in the "packages" or can I get the tires I really want and mounted cheaper if separate?
3. What tires would you recommend that's good for daily driving and track and under $600?

Thanks for the replies, I never had rims that didn't come with my car. (that is for me)

Wheels:
1)I would go with 7.5 just to play it safe.
2)The Blue inserts come with the wheels and they are removeable i believe, i think they are rubber.

Tires:
1)225/40 is perfect
2)I would get everything seperately, unless you find a place that can get it for cheap.
3)I am going with BFGoodrich G-force T/A KDW tires, they grip pretty good, and they have a 300 treadwear, so they "should" last for about 30000 miles, so like 1.5years if i was driving.

Cool, that's pretty much what I thought. Those BFGs, are they pretty sticky for the track? I know they're good with rain which is good for Florida. I'll be getting some 15" wheels with slicks or drag radials later but the BFGs will have to do for a while.

I read the sticky and I can't seem to find the right lug nuts for the Axis Reverb. Anyone know which ones?
