My question is can I use the echos spark plugs with no problem. Im trying to upgrade off the stock plugs. One of my main reasons is that I need a bit more spark to burn off the gas introduced to the engine do to upgrades.

I definatly do see why not. Bieng as that the echo and the XB share the exact same engine. Make sure you get the right plugs for your box. I recomend Bosh plugs my self.

I agree I would go with some Bosh Platinums. Plus they come preset for your car.

I dont see why not. A question about the plug gap was asked ( http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=25250&highlight=echo+plug ) but seems the echo ones would work. Just dont waste the money on the real high priced ones ( http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5257&start=0 ). Also some 1NZ-FE engine specs ( http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1685&highlight=spark+plug )

NKG OR NIPPON DENSO get the heat range for your engine, never had problem with either.

bondo again

i forgot to tell you change your plugs with your engine cold, as with a hot engine you could pull some threads out of the head, very baddd! use a small amount of anti seize compound on your plug threads when you install.
