Default tightening e-brake?

Hey guys, i've noticed how my car's e-brake is getting a little loose

i was wondering, without using the dealer's $70 to tighten our ebrake, i was wondering if doing it ourselves is hard, and also how do you do it?

If I am correct, there are two ways to "tighten" the handbrake cable - via a screw near the handle, and then at the rotor itself.

Also, I believe the more "correct" way is to adjust it at the drum.
