Default Don't Laugh

I can't figure out what the point of this hose is.........

I know it has do with air but what?
Why do we have it and what dose it do?
Why do some change it with just a filter and some run a new hose?

I know I should know this but, I don't.

Go ahead and laugh it up............ x1000000

Actually it's a very good question. For those of us going FI that hose is the one you connect your oil catch can to. As a matter of fact you can connect one to your NA car too, it will help keep your throttle body clean as well as you IM which is a good thing.

You can use a check valve for the PCV valve going to the Intake mani because it runs off suction.

Not really a downgrade if you do it right. maybe he didn't like driving a Neon.
I tend to dis-like the tools that drive the SRT-4's. they always have a chipon their shoulder when you pull away from them

I would have loved to have an SRT-4. I couldn't afford one at the time. At first, I had a problem with the "neon" factor as well, but I got over that pretty quickly after seeing modded SRT-4 1/4 mile times. They are badass. Theoretically, I could spend thousands building a blown tC, but I wish I had started out with an SRT-4 and spent $4000 on a mopar stage 3 kit and run mid 12's. I know someone who's done this. Granted, I'm pretty sure it's not street legal, but that doesn't even matter where I live. I'm just saying, for it's price, the srt-4 is a pretty hardcore little car and most of them are more hardcore than any tC I've ever seen. Just my opinion and I'm not arguing with you.
