2005 XB Loss of Power

2005 XB Loss of Power
177k miles on Scion XB. Was running great. Car runs for a few days with no issue then begins to lose power and turns off. Won't turn back on for a while. Replaced battery and tested alternator. All good but issue continues. No check engine lights are turned on. Replaced the terminals too. Any ideas what could be causing this?
