Default Oil with TRD Supercharger

Hey guys sorry for the thread I'm waiting on my laptop to be fixed and using my phone sucks for searching
I'm going to be changing my oil on my tC with the TRD Supercharger I just recently installed it like 2 or 3 months ago and just put 10w 30 reg oil.
People keep telling me to switch to Royal Purple synthetic oil. Would that be a good choice or is there better. And how much should I put in.

Thanks

Sorry we are preoccupied with more important questions like. How we covert automatics to manuals. How much HP decals add. And whether or not floor matts should be added into a persons "mod list."

It really doesn't matte which brand syn oil you get. Most car enthusiast preferr either Royal purple or Mobil 1. I myself have always used Mobil 1 full syn.
1 full syn.

I use Mobil 1 5w-30 full synthetic , and with the supercharger the car will require 4 total quarts.

I use Royal Purple 5w-20 (09) every 3,000 miles and TRD oil filter. I do this bc the way I drive and to be sure engine life isn't shortened from anyhting to do with oil lol.

Really.....dam I knew there was something strange about it its got a nut right on the bottom to empty it out. Kinda weird hope there's no leaks. Or any probs at least till next oil change.

the nut is probably just to take it off the filter easier not to drain it. I have heard their new more expensive ones are okay. but their cheap ones use a lot of paper in them. The toyota ones have been proven to be good and they are only like 6 or 7 bucks. you should be fine though
