Just orderded my new Tein S-tech's and bB front and rear emblems. Can't wait to get them in and installed.

How much better do the S-Tech's feel over stock?

In short "MUCH".

But I have H-Tech's so I can't really say. But from what I've read, everyone seems to agree any aftermarket spring (except for TRD) is better than stock when it comes to comfort.

what is the diffrence between H-Tech's and S-Tech's? Just the spring rate?

Pretty much the drop height and the spring rates of the fronts.

The drop and spring rate info on:

H-Tech's is F/R = 0.9"/1.1" 2.3Kgf/mm, 3.2Kgf/mm
S-Tech's is F/R = 1.7"/1.5" 2.6Kgf/mm, 3.2Kgf/mm

So the rears have the same spring rate and thus feel more stiffer than the fronts. The higher the spring rate, the stiffer and vice versa. Plus, the drop on my wife's H-tech's looks a lot more than an inch so I wouldn't really rely on Tein's information too much about the drop height.

I went for a ride in wgeee7478's xB after I installed them and I must admit the ride is way better than stock. You will be very happy with your purchase after they are installed. :D Now about your exhaust and no arm rest. Thats gotta be next on the to do list for your scion. :D

I have had mine on for months and the difference is a very nice comfort and ride change...you will enjoy the snot out of em just like me.

Yeah, if you need an exhaust, best bang for the buck is a "Stylis" custom exhaust. He's great in both service and quality. :D And if you order now..., he'll throw in a buritto... hahaha j/k man.

i don't mind no Arm rest, i actually like it. As for exhaust.....well I don't know. Thinking about buying another engine, and building it for boost and going from there

You're doing a swap? Sounds interesting. But word of advice though, others before you have tried it with little success. "Where they've failed, you will succeed!" haha , j/k man. yes i have seen. I am doing very minimal stuff right now i.e. Emblems, S-Tech's, and Rims.

I know a shop with a good sourcer, so i think we are going to try to source a 1nz or possibly a turbo MR2 swap. Still un-decided. we will do a write-up as to everything and how to work it

Just installed my s-tech's today. Wrote a review under the parts review thingy. All I can say is "WOW!". Nice difference over the stock units. Still needs some sway bars to help with the body roll and a better set of tires other than these ____ Eagle LS.

Remember to read the directions on how to cut the front bump stops. It seems no one here really talks about trimming them, so perhaps this is why some are bottoming out easily (i.e. stock length bumpstop does not allow for full travel of the strut).
