i kinda wanna keep it black. it goes nice with the black/ silver theme. it will look better if i get some black rims
No, it would look better if you painted it. If you wanna go with a dark theme, stick to carbon fiber, looks a lot better imo. Unpainted body parts just remind me of poorly put together hondas. Remember, when modding your tC, less is more, keep it clean.

your h-techs are gonna set if off nicely; just make sure a driveway doesnt take off that nice lip of yours
cheap mods - powder coat ur stockies (black, if your going for the whole silver/black theme) eyelids (cf perhaps?), 06 tails (half smoked), new headlights.
gotta agree with mbaledge; less is more; doesnt take much to set our cars off GL!
nah keep the stock spoiler. without it i've seen several tc's without (which seems to be dominant in houston)( let alone more stock) look stupid. its one of the few cars that actually look decent with a spoiler. no were near the best performance wise but still looks clean regardless. (for stock anyway)(honestly i hate all spoilers but the stock tc is one of the better stock looking ones anyway)otherwise a new HID kit and replace the rear license plate lights with a white light would be a definite good look. otherwise debadge the whole car, everyone will notice you. anyone notice how a completely debadged car catches your attention? its not normal thats why, even if you drive something out of the ordinary. and for tint don't do the silvery tint, just go straight black tint( nothing but), it looks much better and cleaner.
