Just ordered my '10 TC and am still on the fence about the spoiler. It looks very clean without it, but was wondering if someone would mind posting some pics with it so I can compare.

 

Also, has anyone had any experience with the Carbon Fiber tape options for the interior of your TC? From the pictures I saw, it looks really sharp, but the Scion site basically described it as a giant sticker and that makes me a bit weary. Can anyone give some insight on this?

 

Gonna have to use the search for the pedistal part,there are lots of photos of white with pedistals........as fo rthe CF......skip it......it looks ok at best,for the price you can get better interior mods on the aftermarket.

 

Pictures are very deceiving. The "carbon fiber" trim, is exactly what it says it is. It's a sticker that looks like carbon fiber. It's very tacky.

And just look in the SW thread, you'll find plenty of SW's with ped spoilers.

 

i just got my 2010 SW last week, and much like you, was undecided about the ped spoiler. I ended up not going with it, and am glad i didnt. it looks so clean without it, and i personally think that the spoiler (while nice), cheapens the car. thats my 2 cents, but I think the lip spoiler or none at all is the nicest that it'll look. I think i'm in the same boat as you here. When I went to the dealership, I was dead set on getting one with a ped. After looking at how clean they look without the peds at the dealership... I just dunno. I'll probably just leave it off.

 

I personaly don't like the look with the spoiler wish I didn't get one now I'm looking for someone with a nautica blue hatch they wanna swap for one with the spoiler.

 

yeah, i waited all summer deciding on getting the tC, and then another 3 months waiting for a white one to be available in the South East, and finally got it last week.

i was 100% set on the spoiler too, and i'm so glad i didnt get it. besides, if you really really really want it, you can add it later.
