need advice on what tire size to buy.
I am on s-techs/trd struts.
I picked 17x8 wheels with +45 offset that I want to put on.
currently on stock wheels with 215/45/17. Do I use the same size tires or can I go wider? will it better if I used wider? I think the next size up would be 225/45 right?

thanks guys!!! This is the wheel. I don't want to waste my current tires because I put them on in november and they still have plenty of tread on them. The shop said it would be $20 each tire to put onto the newer wheels. It would be more economical to put on the current tires right then to get newer ones? Its only been 9500 miles on the current tires.
so 215/45 will be stretched out? What does that mean? Is that bad?

yeah nice Enkei wheels...Im not trying to threadjack here but what would be a suffice tire choice on a 18x8 Rota DPT lowered on RaceLands Coilovers with it hovering right over the tire, not laying on tires, but hovering over them...I want a wider look with little to no rub...I was thinking 235/40/18with a bit of camber added to all 4 corners??
